Description
This flat, it si very well. Recently refurbished it has nice sightseeings and is very bright. It is very well connected with a bus station at the same front door and relatively close to the University of Navarra. It is next to Carrefour and other supermarkets and services… all the commodities. It also has a common terrace were you can sunbath and see all Pamplona from there. There is a storage space for bicycles in the same building. Last but not least, the kitchen is fully-equipped and it has 2 bathrooms.
The cost is 330€ per person with all the expenses included (heating, light & Wi-Fi).
If you rent the whole flat it would be 1.200€ + expenses.
The area has all type of services, hospitals, academies, banks, super-markets, bookstores, restaurants, bars… There are buses that connect with downtown (line 4 & 7). Ideal for 4 or 5 students from UNAV.

San Juan is one of the most student oriented districts of the city. It just up the north of Yamaguchi Park, where youth gathers to have some beers or go to the some of the best bars and discos of Pamplona. In between this bars and discos you can find Valentions, known by the international student community thanks to “Crazy Wednesdays”. It must be also said that this district is one of the closest the sciences’ buildings of the University of Navarra. Hence, it has become one of the most demanded areas by the students of these schools.
