If you want to cancel the rent you booked before arriving to your new flat or room you will have to inform PisosMosby as soon as possible. You will have paid the deposit (or first month) and this will be reimbursed according to the following reimbursement criteria:1:
1) Soft reimbursement criteria:
- Util 45 days becerro the beginning of the stay: 100%
- From 30 t0 45 days before the beginning of the stay: 75%
- From 7 to 30 days before the beginning of the stay: 50%
- Less than 7 days there is no reimbursement.
2) Moderate reimbursement criteria:
- Until 60 days before the beginning of the stay: 100%
- From 45 to 60 days before the beginning of the stay: 75%
- From 15 to 45 days before the beginning of the stay: 50%
- Less than 15 days before the beginning of the stay: No reimbursement
3) Semi moderate reimbursement criteria:
- Until 90 days before the beginning of the stay: 100%
- From 45 to 90 days before the beginning of the stay: 50%
- From 30 to 45 days before the beginning of the stay: 25%
- Less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay: No reimbursement
4) Strict reimbursement criteria:
- Until 90 days before the beginning of the stay: 50%
- From 60 to 90 days before the beginning of the stay: 25%
- Less than 60 days before the beginning of the stay: No reimbursement
5) Super-strict reimbursement criteria:
- Once the payment is done there is no reimbursement posible
