Description
The flat was build in 2002, the last one build in Mendebaldea, double glass windows, individual gas heating, bike storage, etc. All the rooms are exterior, except for the bathrooms, both of them with bath. The apartment has a lot of light and it has internet (Optical Fiber).
It is very close to the School of Nursing, Hospitals, University Clinic and all the other Science Schools of the University of Navarra. It has all the services you might need and it is fairly well connected to downtown because it has de Villabesa (bus) just next the front door.

This is the most student district in Pamplona. It was build during the 1970s and has become the most demanded by students because of its closeness to the University of Navarra. Actually because of this amount of students the whole district has adapted itself to the students life. You can find multiple entertainment and gastronomy options to meet with other students and enjoy the most out of the university experience. Moreover, thanks to the University of Navarra and “La Vuelta del Castillo” is surrounded by two of the biggest green spaces in the city, which makes it an ideal spot for those go like to go footing and outdoors sports. Thanks to the high number of international students in the area there are many shops to help the student community. One of the most important things for students is obviously bookstores and you can find in this district the best bookstore in Pamplona Bolsabooks, the best bookstore of the area from which have some discounts for TENANTS clients.
