Description
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, terrace, wide kitchen, liviging room and dinning room altogether, hall and cleaning room. We have a cleaning lady that comes two times per week, 1h30 each day. She does a general cleaning: rooms, bath, kitchen and living room. She can wash and iron your clothes too.
Moreover, the flat is very well located at just 10 minutes by foot from the campus and 15-20 mins from downtown. There are bars, cafeterias, restaurants, supermakets, ATMs and a gym close to the apartment. It has all the necesary appliancies for an easy student life.
One of the girls is leaving the apartment because she is going on exhange. We are looking, thus, for a girl that would be willing to live with Monica: 5th year medecine student; and Paula: freshman of Hispanic Philology. Both of them are ecuatorian, they speak English and Spanish fluently. They are very clean, organized, funny, nice and sympathetic.

This is the most student district in Pamplona. It was build during the 1970s and has become the most demanded by students because of its closeness to the University of Navarra. Actually because of this amount of students the whole district has adapted itself to the students life. You can find multiple entertainment and gastronomy options to meet with other students and enjoy the most out of the university experience. Moreover, thanks to the University of Navarra and “La Vuelta del Castillo” is surrounded by two of the biggest green spaces in the city, which makes it an ideal spot for those go like to go footing and outdoors sports. Thanks to the high number of international students in the area there are many shops to help the student community. One of the most important things for students is obviously bookstores and you can find in this district the best bookstore in Pamplona Bolsabooks, the best bookstore of the area from which have some discounts for Pisos Mosby clients.
